Our carrot cake is a twist on the traditional carrot cakes of the south. We use pineapple in our carrot cake and pineapple juice in our cream cheese frosting. We love this cake and we think you will too!
Chocolate Peanut Butter Cupcake

This cupcake is a Pennsylvania fan favorite. The "just right" peanut butter icing sits on top of chocolate fudge cake, to create a happy cupcake experience.

Vanilla cupcake with a ribbon of cinnamon/sugar through the middle, applie pie filling in the center, then vanilla bean icing topped with a mini homemade snickerdoodle cookie.
